Custom AMM hook that implements a bonding curve backed by Euler lending vaults. Swaps are handled entirely in `beforeSwap` via `beforeSwapReturnsDelta`, routing input tokens into Euler vaults and withdrawing output tokens from them, bypassing native Uniswap v4 concentrated liquidity. Traditional LP positions are blocked via `beforeAddLiquidity`.
