UnichainRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook that applies a time-and-FDV-based dynamic fee schedule to newly launched token pools: fees start at 1% for the first 7 days, then step down based on pool age and token fully-diluted value (via an external oracle), reaching a minimum of 0.1% at ≥$100M FDV. Also maintains an onchain TWAP with up to 128 observations to support at-least-24h price history queries.
