UnichainRegisteredImmutable Uniswap v4 hook that applies time-decaying dynamic LP fees for unifan launch pools. Starts at 1% (100 bps) and decreases based on pool age (days 8, 16) and FDV milestones ($10M, $50M, $100M USD), with a floor of 0.1%. Fees can only decrease over time.
