An ALM hook that manages concentrated liquidity around an oracle price. Before each swap it adds liquidity to the pool; after each swap it removes all liquidity, collects fees, and settles token balances. It enforces dynamic LP fees and a price-deviation threshold, and can optionally restrict swaps to a designated operator address.
