LimitOrderHook
UnichainRegisteredRecords the pool tick before each swap in transient storage, then executes limit orders via an external ILimitOrderManager contract after the swap completes using the before/after tick range. A privileged fee manager role can update the pool's dynamic LP fee via poolManager.updateDynamicLPFee().
