How to stop sniper bots at your token launch
7 November 2026
When a new token's pool goes live, bots watch the chain and buy in the very first block, often taking a large part of the supply. They then sell into the first real buyers. A few simple rules make this much harder.
Rules that help
- Anti-snipe: for a window you choose (from 30 seconds up to forever), no single buy can take more than a set share of the supply, for example 0.5%.
- Wallet cap: during the window, no wallet can hold more than a set share, so bots can't just split one big buy into many small ones to the same wallet.
- Trading start time: nobody can trade before the time you set, so you can add liquidity and announce the launch first.
- No buy-and-sell in one block: stops instant flips and cheap sandwich bots.
- Launch fee: an extra fee on buys during the first period, which makes early sniping less profitable.
- Sandwich guard: charges an extra fee on the second half of a sandwich attack, paid to liquidity providers.
How to set it up
- Open Create a hook.
- Tick Anti-snipe and set how long it lasts and the biggest buy allowed.
- Add a Trading start time and No buy-and-sell in one block if you want them.
- Paste your token, set the price and sign. The rules apply from the very first trade.
The rulebook on the right of the Create page shows in plain words exactly what your pool will do before you sign anything.
